Baby Maddox....

Alright, so move over Wedding clients!! MR. Maddox is officially 6 months old! Which means, we got to hang out with one of our favorite clients under 2 feet tall.. He's growing up so quick it's crazy, and since we only get to see him every 3 months, it seems like a different baby EVERY shoot.. Happy Halloween Maddox!

Josh & Laura

Josh has been a close friend of mine since early on in College, and was one of my groomsmen, so of COURSE when he called me to tell me about his engagement to Laura, an AWESOME girl he met from Florida, I was anxious to get a chance to spend some time with them shooting.. Not your typical couple, not your typical e-session.. Thanks you two, you ROCKED our cameras all over Bentonville... We're excited to see you both soon!

So many new things..

To update the world of BLOG on. I'm cranking away on SO many cool edits.. 5 WONDERFUL weddings in October have left us WAY behind... But I will also admit, these weddings were some of the LARGEST and most fun we've been a part of. SO THANK YOU! I'm in the process of prepping for a HUGE website update and remodel, the release of our portrait website will happen over the winter months during a little touch of down time, and I'll finally have the chance to catch up on all of the albums that I have had to avoid working on in order to get everybody's photos finished... 2010 is by far our most successful, booking year yet, with more weddings booked already than we had in 2009 total! So, there's SO many things to be excited about!! BUT, first and foremost, it's time for me to start editing OUR wedding which was shot by Philip Thomas with NOVO-Studio and his amazing wife Kristen. Here's a taste of some of our shots.. Keep checking in for a few big updates with new client announcements, wedding teasers, and 2010 specials for our killer group of seniors, weddings, and of course the faithful families who simply WONT leave us alone! :)

Ok, so this couple is completely nuts.. But I have to say I love it.. Getting to know them at this shoot left me in cramps we were laughing so hard.. Greg work with the Dallas Cowboys making sure that the games go off without a hitch, and Natalie has to work extra hard just trying to keep Greg in control.. Really though we had a blast at their shoot, and I'm so excited to finally share all of these shots with the world.. Congrats you two!

And Now...

So, after doing weddings nearly every weekend all summer, and having the BLESSING to be such a big part of so many awesome couples' big day, it's finally our week. Jamey and Laurie your wedding last night was absolutely beautiful, your shots are incredible and thats all because you guys were so much fun! Anna-Marie and Michael, I can't wait to show you the shots we did at your wedding, Jessie and Kevin, I'm SO CLOSE to being able to show you the photos of your beautiful AMAZING wedding in Iowa, Tiffany and Steve, you guys rocked the small wedding in a way I never even thought about!! Savor was amazing and you guys were a blast... And Rich and Holly, you guys are such an awesome artsy couple, I can't wait to get my hands on your shots... SO, like I said... NOW it's our turn, and after a long weekend shooting, and a perfect day together being lazy today I can FINALLY BLOG about our wedding...

We'll be married next saturday at FBC in Bentonville, with about 250 of our family and friends there to support us.. The WHOLE wedding is black and pink, with plenty of bling, and just touches of white here and there to set the whole thing off.. I'm so anxious to see Melissa walk down that isle, and then after the WHOLE day is a blur, we'll be off to Mexico!! BUT, not until we're done getting our photography shot by my good friend Phillip Thomas with Novo-Studio.com

Thank you ALL for checking in on this blog, for making our summer SO SUCCESSFUL, and for being a constant encouragement and excitement to us as we've prepared to jump head first into the same thing so many of you have done on the other side of my lens. Keep checking in for AMAZING shots of my Melissa on the beach in Mexico in her gown, and of course for shots of our wedding... If you're a client waiting patiently for your shots, I PROMISE it will be well worth the extra week that I'll be out of town, and thank you for understanding...

What a Family

Seems like I need to hire somebody to make sure that my facebook status always says that I'm tweeting about updating my blog with new shots from my website.. ALL the while, my text messages are blowing up, interupting important phone calls... AND I LOVE IT. Thank you all for pushing this year into an AWESOME experience for us. Watching MWB Photography grow over the last fews years has been a HUGE blessing, and now as we're looking at spreading out and taking clients ALL OVER the country, I wanted to blog real quick and say THANK you to the brides and seniors and families who have invested SO much talking time into their day to get the word out about us.  SO, 12 days till our wedding, and as I'm winding up the editing that I'll be able to get done before the BIG day, (I'm not allowed to take my laptop on the honeymoon) I had the AWESOME chance to get caught up on a few shoots not wedding related...

DONT WORRY JESSIE, you and Kevin's shots are EPIC and I'm working on them right now! BUT, first I managed to get to editing an AWESOME family I worked with a few weeks back... The FORDS are crazy, completely.. BUT, such a fun family for photos...
